Processing of data when accessing the website - log files
When you access the website, information of a general nature is automatically collected. This information (server log files) includes, for example, the type of web browser, the operating system used, the domain name of your Internet service provider, and similar information. In addition, the IP address is transmitted and used to provide the service you have requested. This information is technically necessary in order to correctly deliver the content you have requested from the website. It is mandatory when using the Internet. These log files are anonymized or deleted immediately after the end of the usage process. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 (I) f) GDPR.
Responding to inquiries by email
If you send us an inquiry by email, we will use the data provided in this way to process your request. Depending on your request, we will provide you with a cost estimate, contact you, or fulfill any other requests you may have. The legal basis for this is, depending on your request, Art. 6 (I) b) GDPR or Art. 6 (I) f) GDPR. In addition, the information on data processing pursuant to Art. 12ff. GDPR for clients (see above) may also apply in this respect.
Security measures for personal data
In order to prevent loss or misuse of the data stored with us, we take the necessary technical and operational security measures, which are regularly reviewed and adapted to technological progress. However, we must point out that, due to the structure of the Internet, unwanted access to data by third parties may occur. We have no technical influence on this data transmission. It is therefore the responsibility of the user to protect the data you provide against misuse by means of encryption or other means. Without appropriate protective measures, unencrypted data in particular—even if transmitted by email—can be read by third parties.
